Supermassive Games trademarks House of Ashes

One of The Dark Pictures titles?

Supermassive Games

Supermassive Games, the studio behind Until Dawn and the upcoming The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan, has trademarked “House of Ashes” in the United States and Europe.

The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan was originally announced as the first title in an anthology of titles. Although published by Bandai Namco, Supermassive Entertainment owns the trademarks for both “The Dark Pictures” and “Man of Medan,” so it is possible that “House of Ashes” is the next title in line following The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan.

Supermassive Games also trademarked “Shattered State” back in August 2018, which might also be an entry in the The Dark Pictures anthology.

Of course, this is all guesswork and speculation. As for what “House of Ashes” and “Shattered State” actually are, if anything, remains to be confirmed.
