Super NES Classic Edition

Sales of the Super NES Classic Edition have topped two million units worldwide, Nintendo announced during its six months financial results briefing for the fiscal year ending March 2018.

In Japan, the Super NES Classic is called the Nintendo Classic Mini: Super Famicom, and in Europe, it is known as the Nintendo Classic Mini: Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

Nintendo plans to continue shipping the Super NES Classic Edition moving forward. And as previously announced, it will resume production of the NES Classic Edition in summer 2018.
