Pokemon Art Academy debuts at 31,000 units.

Pokemon Art Academy tops the weekly Japanese software sales charts this week. The 3DS drawing game opened at over 31,000 sales.

Looking at the week’s other new releases, Nippon Ichi’s PS Vita puzzle platformer Hotaru no Nikki opened at sixth with nearly 10,000 sales, while Bandai Namco’s seiyuu management game CV: Casting Voice debuted at seventh with over 7,000 units sold.

Hardware sales are similar to last week, moving just a couple thousand units less.
