Mario Kart 8 is on top in this week’s Japanese sales chart. The Wii U game moved another 42,000 units for a total of 441,000 sold in the country.

New releases this week, including PS Vita’s The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki Evolution and One Piece: Unlimited World Red, didn’t do as hot. Ao no Kiseki opened at 19,000, with the PlayStation 3 version of One Piece opening at 18,000, the PS Vita version at 10,000, and the Wii U version at 4,000.
