Platinum's other Wii U game gets final name.

Project P-100, one of Platinum Games’ two projects for Wii U (the other is Bayonetta 2), is now The Wonderful 101.

That’s pronounced “one-oh-one,” by the way. Who’s that extra one? Why, it’s you, dear reader.

The game’s title was always labeled as tentative, so the new name shouldn’t be surprising.

Platinum Games: We develop 3 to 4 projects simultaneously.

I don’t know how they do it.

      Currently 3:
      —  Metal Gear Rising
      —  Wonderful 101
      —  Bayonetta 2

Indeed. For a small studio like them, it’s impressive that they can develop many games in just few years.

      • They don’t have all the same people working on all projects simultaneously.

I know. They’re divided to teams with each team working on one game. Still, for a studio that isn’t as big compared to Capcom or Konami, etc, I’m impressed that they can release 1-2 games per year without any signs of slowing down or staying quiet for many years (which is quite understandable for many small game development studios).

    I knew we (Wii) forgot someone . . .  you (U)!

      Nice joke.

Looking better and better. If P* Games keeps up their support of the Wii U I may just have to get one…

  • Just make a 3DS version! I am not getting a Wii U but this looks fantastic. Nice Xbox 360 graphics btw Nintendo…
