M! Games teases Xbox 360 reveals: “The four biggest exclusive franchises return”
Halo, Gears of War, Fable, and Forza?
German games magazine M! Games is teasing upcoming Xbox 360-related reveals on the last page of its March 2012 issue.
It reads: “Xbox 360 on fire: The four biggest exclusive franchises return.”
While Xbox 360 has a number of exclusive franchises, its four most notable are arguably Halo, Gears of War, Fable, and Forza. As long as we’re talking new reveals, the time seems about ripe for that Kinect-compatible Gears of War to be announced (Gears of War: Exile?). For Fable, we’re guessing they’ll reveal new details on Fable: The Journey – or perhaps that Lionhead countdown is for Fable IV? For Forza – I don’t know – Forza Motorsport 5?
The Halo reveal is obvious – Halo 4. That is, unless Microsoft has another spin-off a la Halo Wars up their sleeves.
Whatever is ready to be revealed, we’ll most likely hear about it early next month at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco.
