Rumor: Alan Wake: Night Springs set for Xbox LIVE Arcade

The recently leaked Alan Wake is an Xbox LIVE Arcade title, according to an “extremely trusted source” of XBLA Fans.

The site was told that the game is titled Alan Wake: Night Springs. They claim to have “screen caps” of the downloadable, but have been asked “not to disclose them at this time.”

Adding credibility to their rumor, the site revealed Gotham City Imposters was in development for Xbox LIVE Arcade months ago, which was recently announced as a Batman downloadable shooter.

Remedy recently said that the next Alan Wake would not be Alan Wake 2, nor would it be downloadable content for the original. An Xbox LIVE Arcade title sounds just about right in that context.
