- U.N.C.S – One of the two superpowers outside of Milkhama, it holds naval alliances with allies all over the world. The U.N.C.S’s National Defense Forces are the standard armed forces of the U.N.C.S. The National Defense Forces boast the strongest army and rapidly developing air and naval forces that have excelled in Countless field tests. 90% of its members are local soldiers, while the remaining 10% are made up of citizens from other member states within the coalition. Due to a series of historical and political factors, the National Defense Forces has a fairly comprehensive subsidiary body and the right to self-determination.
- U.N.C.S Joint Security Administration – The espionage agency directly under the U.N.C.S Prime Minister’s Office. This agency has hundreds of thousands of operatives planted all around the world, and specializes in intelligence-related activities on a global scale. Although its official purpose is to safeguard the nation’s form intelligence , a considerable percentage of its resources and manpower have in fact been invested in the military and in the close internal supervision of other member states, resulting in a relatively unhealthy relationship with the Ministry of National Defense.
- DL – One of the two superpowers outside of Milkhama, it holds naval alliances with allies all over the world. The DSC Defense Forces are a joint defense force formed with a view to combating the U.N.C.S’s National Defense Forces as its hypothetical enemy. Its aerial and naval supremacy resonate across the world, practically dominating the flow of naval power in the modern era. After losing to the coalition army in the first Milkhama War, it began to rapidly develop its research into mechanized warfare and mecha technology.
- GKD – A group composed of three members, Kaidan Newman, Dana Yano, and Grant Zakarweski, former members of the terrestrial warfare battalion. In name, it is a logistics enterprise responsible for express logistics services, but in fact, it is a mercenary group that takes on all manner of jobs while seeking out the truth of the nation’s past.
- The Epiphyllum – The members of this rebel group are all young girls from all over the Milkhama region who were once victims of augmentation experiments. - The Ashes – A rebel force active in the U.N.C.S region of Milkhama Island. Its main members are mostly the veterans of the National Defense Forces and locals living in the Western Milkhama region. Rallied by their leader, Gorman Yevgeny, the resistance force formed to oppose the U.N.C.S’s unceasing encroachment and illegal mecha experiments. At present, the war between the Ashes and the coalition is still dominated by intermittent guerrilla fighting.
- Electric Eeels – A mercenary group said to be operating freely in the Milkhama region, they are actually hired hands helping the U.N.C.S to resolve the conflict illegally.
- Obsidian – A large enterprise established on Milkhama Island, it was originally mainly engaged in mineral and rare earth element extraction and infrastructure. It became famous worldwide for discovering and mining Celestium, a raw material later named Arashium. and patronage of the two superpowers involved, it became the world’s first industrial mecha enterprise.
- Predators – Private armed forces operating under Obsidian, they are responsible for carrying out various missions and resolving disputes on Milkhama Island at an unofficial level. Its members are all battle-hardened pilots who have undergone Obsidian’s secret experimentation processes. The Predators are mainly under the command of the President of Obsidian.
- Doll – A tycoon born into a world-famous family, he is a giant in the oceanic trade and real estate industries. When it comes to financial resources and contacts, no one in Milkhama even comes close.
