Story

In Japan in 1999, a number of horrific incidents have been occurring, caused by “eidolons” which are the embodiment of urban legends.The protagonist belongs to a mysterious organization called “Aojuji Hospital” and becomes involved in the horrific incidents caused by the “eidolons.”

Set in Japan, where doomsday theories and urban legends were becoming a social phenomenon, the fates of “folklore,” “urban legends,” and “eidolons” are intertwined, and the final outcome awaits…

In 1999, Japan was plagued by numerous gruesome incidents caused by anomalies brought to life through urban legends. The protagonist becomes affiliated with the enigmatic organization “Aojuji Hospital” due to a certain event, getting entangled in the horrifying incidents caused by these anomalies.
