JAPAN Studio was a video game developer and subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan. It was known for the Ape Escape, Astro, Gravity Rush, Knack, LocoRoco, Patapon, and Siren series, among others, as well as Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian. It was succeeded by Team ASOBI.
