Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition coming to Switch 2 on September 24
Physical edition ships on a game-key card.
Square Enix will release a Switch 2 version of Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition on September 24 for $39.99, the company announced. The physical edition (Amazon, VGP) will ship on a game-key card. Save data is not compatible with the existing Switch version, and there are no plans to sell an upgrade pack.

Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition first launched or Switch on September 27, 2019, followed by PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on December 4, 2020.

This new edition for Nintendo Switch 2 also introduces new optimization modes, allowing you to prioritize graphics or performance.
