Total combined shipments and digital sales for Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake and Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake have surpassed four million units, Square Enix announced.

Total shipments and digital sales for Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake alone were previously reported to have surpassed two million units less than one month after release.

Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store on November 14, 2024.

Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store on October 30, 2025.
