B.B. Studio changes name to Bandai Namco Forge Digitals

B.B. Studio, the Bandai Namco Entertainment development studio behind the Super Robot Wars series as well as various Mobile Suit Gundam games including Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED: Battle Destiny Remastered, has changed its name to Bandai Namco Forge Digitals, the company announced.

The new name is broken down as follows:

“Forge” – Skilled artisans creating high-quality works.
“Digitals” – Having unlimited potential.

The studio said it will continue to develop games like Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 and the Super Robot Wars series that bring “excitement beyond expectations.”
