Publisher XD and solo developer MAICHA have released the first English demo for Spirit X Strike, a combo-centric action adventure game inspired by classic action games like Ninja Gaiden and God Hand. It is available for PC via Steam.

About the Game
Spirit X Strike is a 3D beat ’em up that empowers you to craft unique combos and explore endless possibilities to style on your enemies. Players can immerse themselves in sleek, fast-paced, and satisfying hand-to-hand combat, along with an exhilarating post-apocalyptic adventure that will set their blood boiling.
Players will be able to break enemy defenses and unleash devastating finishing moves, building combos extensively and with never-seen freedom, stealing turns with well time counters to turn an enemy offence into their start of a crazy combo. The unique combat systems gives players inormus control over the battlefield, with a fluid combat flow that offers near limitless potential for creative strategies and personalized combat styles.
Solo developer MAICHA designed Spirit X Strike as an homage to classic action games like Ninja Gaiden and God Hand. His goal was to create an action game that not only focuses on delivering high-speed combat but also allows players to express their individuality through intricate combos and custom strategies. The game’s combat is heavily inspired by fast-paced anime battles, reminiscent of Dragon Ball Z, and features cinematic finishing moves inspired by fighting games like Street Fighter and Tekken.
About the Demo
Fans of action games won’t want to miss Spirit X Strike at Steam Next Fest in October 2024. The demo is currently out already and players will get their first hands-on experience with the demo, which showcases the game’s intense combat mechanics and the opportunity to experiment with its unique systems. The demo contains the prologue chapter of the game and is just a glimpse of the thrilling battles and high-speed action awaiting in the full game.
Spirit X Strike will be available for PC via Steam. A release date has yet to be announced.
