Phasmophobia Early Access for PS5, PS VR2, and Xbox Series launches October 29
PC version achieves 20 million sales.The Early Access version of four-player cooperative psychological horror game Phasmophobia will launch for PlayStation 5 with PlayStation VR2 support and Xbox Series on October 29 for $19.99, developer Kinetic Games announced.
“We are so happy to see Phasmophobia enter console early access,” said Kinetic Games CEO and lead developer Daniel Knight in a press release. “The community has been asking for console versions, and has waited a little while for it to happen. The development team at Kinetic Games have worked exceptionally hard to make this request a reality.”
Phasmophobia first launched in Early Access for PC via Steam on September 18, 2020. As announced today, the game has since sold over 20 million copies worldwide.

Phasmophobia is a four-player, online cooperative, psychological horror game. You and your team of paranormal investigators will enter haunted locations filled with paranormal activity and try to gather as much evidence as you can. Use your ghost-hunting equipment to find and record evidence to sell on to a ghost removal team.
