Sword Art Online: Last Recollection demo launches September 26
Opening animation and new playable characters confirmed.
Bandai Namco will release a demo for Sword Art Online: Last Recollection for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on September 26, the company announced during its Tokyo Game Show 2023 stage event.
Save data from the demo can be carried over to the full game when it launches.
The opening animation and new trailers revealing both Yuuki and Mito as playable characters also premiered. Yuuki appears in the super account “Sword God Gradia,” and Mito comes from the movie Sword Art Online Progressive.
Sword Art Online: Last Recollection is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on October 5 in Japan and October 6 worldwide.
