PROJECT Re FANTASY revealed as Metaphor: ReFantazio for Xbox Series, PC [Update: PS5, PS4, and Steam]

Due out in 2024.

ATLUS has announced Metaphor: ReFantazio, the new title from the Katsura Hashino-led Studio Zero previously known as PROJECT Re FANTASY, for Xbox Series and PC (Microsoft Store). It will launch in 2024.

It should be noted that ATLUS has a history of announcing its games exclusively for Xbox and PC via Microsoft Store, before announcing them for other platforms later. Last year’s announcements of Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal were exclusive to Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Microsoft Store for 48 hours before they were confirmed for other platforms. (Update 06/15/23: ATLUS has officially announced that Metaphor: ReFantazio will also be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.)
