‘Live from PS5’ advertisement celebrates increased supply worldwide
References to Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Final Fantasy XVI, and more.
Sony Interactive Entertainment has released a new advertisement for PlayStation 5 dubbed “Live from PS5” celebrating the console’s increased supply worldwide.
“To all our fans: thank you for your patience as we navigated unprecedented demand for the PlayStation 5 console amid global challenges,” said Sony Interactive Entertainment vice president of brand, hardware, and peripherals Isabelle Tomatis on PlayStation Blog. “If you’re looking to purchase a PlayStation 5 console, you should now have a much easier time finding one at retailers globally.”
The advertisement “hints at the breadth of extraordinary experiences taking place in the PlayStation 5 universe through the style of a live news channel,” with references to games like Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Returnal, Horizon Forbidden West, God of War Ragnarok, Final Fantasy XVI, and more.
Some “fun celebrations of fan-favorite PlayStation 5 games” will also be available on the “Live from PS5” webpage over the coming weeks.
