Famitsu Sales: 1/9/23 – 1/15/23 [Update]

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of January 9, 2023 to January 15, 2022.

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet for Switch remained the highest selling games of the week, moving an additional 64,799 retail copies.

One Piece Odyssey was the highest selling new release of the week, selling 35,123 copies on PlayStation 4 and 26,879 copies on PlayStation 5 for an opening week total of 62,002 retail copies sold.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 74,690 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 44,113 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 1,099 units, and the Xbox Series family sold 1,052 units.
