Telenet Shooting Collection announced for Switch
Includes Granada, Avenger, Gaiares, and Psychic Storm.
Edia has announced Telenet Shooting Collection for Switch, which will include ports of four shoot ’em up games originally developed and released by Telenet Japan. It will launch sometime after June 2023 in Japan.
The collection will feature the following four titles:
- Granada (November 1990, Genesis)
- Avenger (1990, PC Engine)
- Gaiares (1990, Genesis)
- Psychic Storm (1992, PC Engine)
Similar to its previous Telenet Japan collections, Edia has launched a Makuake crowdfunding campaign to fund Telenet Shooting Collection‘s development and marketing. It is seeking three million yen (approx. $21,160 USD) in funding.
Telenet Shooting Collection is the first project in Edia’s new “Telenet Japan Revival Project” initiative. Future collections have yet to be announced.
