Resident Evil 2 remake shipments and digital sales top 10 million
New milestone achieved one month after launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.Total worldwide shipments and digital sales for the Resident Evil 2 remake have surpassed 10 million units, Capcom announced.
The Resident Evil 2 remake first launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on January 25, 2019, followed by PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on June 13, 2022.
The game’s sales were last reported to be at 9.6 million units as of March 31, 2022.
