You can register the characters of your friends who play Dragon Quest X Offline at the Adventurer’s Tavern and send them off to defeat monsters from the Monster Subjugation Corps in your game. Add more and more friends and have them become active members of the Monster Subjugation Corps!

Register Yourself and Your Friends’ Characters as Friends in the Adventurrer’s Tavern
By visiting the Adventurer’s Tavern in a town or city, you can register your protagonist, who can then appear in the worlds of other users playing Dragon Quest X Offline. Of course, your friends’ characters can also appear in your game. Share your “Friend Spell” (password) with friends!
—Before being able to utilize the Adventurer’s Tavern, to referrer will first ask you to clear an introductory quest.
—From then on, you can access the menu to register yourself and Friends by talking to the referrer.
■ Defeat Monsters to Get “Subjugation Requests”
When you defeat a monster, you may sometimes obtain an item called a “Subjugation Request.” This is a written request by the people of Astoltia for a monster to be defeated. The Subjugation Request can be used when you register yourself as a Friend at the Adventurer’s Tavern, or given to a Monster Subjugation Corps member in a town or city to have Friends defeat it.
—You can obtain Subjugation Requests from the treasure chests dropped by enemies.
—Subjugation Requests have difficulty rankings of one to five stars. The higher the difficulty, the more extravagent the reward!
■ Register Your Character and Give Out Your Friend Spell
—From the Adventurer’s Tavern menu, you can select “Register Yourself.” The head equipment and accessories you are wearing at the time will be reflected in your character icon.
—From here, choose a Subjugation Request for your character to carry. You can also opt not to carry one.
—The referrer at the tavern can tell you your Friend Spell, which you can then share with your friends.
■ Register Your Buddies’ Characters as Friends with their Friend Spells
—From the “Register Friend” option in the menu, you can input the Friend Spells shared with you by your friends.
—If you register a Friend carrying a Subjugation Request, you will also receive that request.
■ Send Friends Off to Defeat Monsters with the Monster Subjugation Corps
The Friend characters registered at the Adventurer’s Tavern can be sent off to defeat monsters as a member of the Monster Subjugation Corps. Friends who set off to defeat monsters will return with a reward after a set period of time, allowing you to efficiently gather items while playing.
—A Monster Subjugation Corps member stands near the entrance of a large town. Talk to him to send registered Friend characters off to defeat monsters.
—FIrst, choose the Subjugation Request you want to clear. Since you cannot fail a subjugation, feel free to make a decision based on the rewards.
—From there, form a party of your current Friends. One character alone or up to four characters together can be sent off to carry out the request.
—After a set period of time passes, the party will return with your reward. The time each request takes varies based on your Friends’ total level and the request’s difficulty.
