Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes adds Switch version
Switch version finally confirmed in latest Kickstarter update.Strategy RPG Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will be available for Switch alongside its previously announced PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions when it launches in 2023, developer Rabbit & Bear Studios announced.
“That’s right! Given recent speculation over the Nintendo Switch and potential next generation Nintendo iterations, we wanted to play it safe and investigate what options we had before fully committing to a Nintendo Switch version,” the developer said in a Kickstarter update. “But now the wait is over and we’re delighted to confirm that Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will also be landing on Nintendo Switch!”
The Kickstarter update also includes a character profile for Yaelu, a 15-year-old girl who hails from a small settlement in the League of Nations that uses rune-lens to cloak itself; new pixel art; creator Yoshitaka Murayama’s monthly development report; and a word from the development team.
The Natsume Atari-developed, 2.5D action RPG prequel to Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes—Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising—is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
