MyDearest invites fans to choose which of three virtual reality multiplayer games it develops next
Camping fantasy, action MOBA, or four-versus-one survival?TOKYO CHRONOS and ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos developer MyDearest has announced Project: Gathering, a new project that will allow fans to determine which of three different virtual reality multiplayer games it develops next.
Three three games fans can choose from are as follows:
- Code: Camp – An open-world cooperative camping fantasy game.
- Code: Gauntlet – An action multiplayer online battle arena game.
- Code: Bell – A four-versus-one survival game.
To vote on which of the three games you want MyDearest to make next, head over to the company’s official Discord server and voice your opinion.
Users who share their thoughts will be entered into the Project: Gathering “Present Campaign,” the rewards for which will increase based on the number of people who join the server to participate. Rewards include a Steam gift card, Logitech G Pro X Gaming Headset, Razer Tactical Pro 17.3 Backpack V2, Meta Quest 2, and Secretlab Titan Evo 2022.
“This is our biggest project until now,” said MyDearest head of international promotion Alberto Moreno. “We’ve been recruiting the best talent in Japan to make this game and to prove that you don’t have to be the biggest company to make the best games.”
Moreno added, “We’re not only making a game for the gaming community, we want to make a game for the gaming community with the gaming community. We want people to come to our Discord server and tell us what they want so we can make it. It’s going to be the first game in the industry where the interaction with the community starts from the very concept of the game.”
