Famitsu Sales: 3/21/22 – 3/27/22 [Update]

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of March 21, 2022 to March 27, 2022.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land for Switch was the highest selling new release and overall title of the week, opening at 380,060 retail copies sold. Ghostwire: Tokyo for PlayStation 5 followed as the second highest selling new release at 10,144 units.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 83,800 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 35,474 units, the Xbox Series family sold 390 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 13 units. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles continue to face stock issues.
