ATLUS launches ‘Soul Hackers’ countdown website, ends February 21 [Update 5]

ATLUS has launched a new countdown teaser website at soul-hackers.jp, as well as an accompanying Twitter account. The countdown ends on February 21 at 20:00 JST.
The website opens with the following ‘loading’ text:
Hello HUMAN
We want to collect your information> Checking device compatibility
> Notice: Please, do NOT take your hands off the device
> Call “Soul Hack”
> Sequence start
From there, it loads into the countdown page with the text, “Hack Begins: 2022.2.17 THU. 20:00,” and “Analysis in Progress.”
The first tweet from the accompanying Twitter account reads: “Hello, we are Aion. Please follow this account. Your cooperation is needed. soul-hackers.jp #SoulHackers”
The second tweet follows: “Aion has predicted the end of mankind. To avoid the end, we will begin a sequence today at 20:00 JST. Please observe and cooperate. soul-hackers.jp #SoulHackers”

Earlier today, at 20:00 JST, ATLUS aired the first “Information Collection Sequence” live stream. The official ATLUS Japan, Persona, Shin Megami Tensei, and Soul Hackers Twitter accounts all tweeted out its start.
The live stream posed three questions for users to answer on Twitter, with a 10-minute timer for each. As users answered each question, their tweets streamed in across the bottom of the screen. The questions were:

After the questions, a satellite image of Tokyo Bay appeared alongside the text, “A further evolution, a continuous observation. And to that end, we must protect the world.”

The website has now been updated with the text “Hack Begins: 2022.2.18 FRI 10:00,” suggesting a second Information Collection Sequence will air on February 18 at 10:00 JST.
The ATLUS Japan YouTube channel has also opened a page for the “Aion Live Broadcasting Sequence” live stream, which will air on February 21 at 20:00 JST.

The second Information Collection Sequence will be live streamed on February 18 at 20:00 JST, the Twitter account has confirmed.
