Kowloon Highschool Chronicle coming to PS4 on March 18, 2022 in Japan

Publisher Arc System Works and developer Toybox will release a PlayStation 4 version of Kowloon Highschool Chronicle on March 18, 2022 in Japan for 6,380 yen, the companies announced. It will be available both physically and digitally.

Kowloon Highschool Chronicle is an adventure RPG first released for PlayStation 2 in 2004 in Japan. The new release—which features updated graphics, a 16:9 screen aspect ratio in dungeons, and a fully voiced main scenario—-first launched for Switch in June 2020.

News of the PlayStation 4 version’s release first leaked via a Pan European Game Information rating, meaning that like the Switch version, the PlayStation 4 version will likely also be available in North America and Europe.

Originally released as Kowloon Youma Gakuen Ki in Japan, Kowloon Highschool Chronicle features remastered graphics, classic first-person dungeon exploration, and a unique conversation system.
Take on the role of a young man who appears as a transfer student at Kamiyoshi Academy in Shinjuku, Tokyo. While he seems like a normal student, he is actually a treasure hunter.
