Windjammers 2 will launch for Xbox One alongside its previously announced PlayStation 4, Switch, PC (Steam), and Stadia versions, publisher and developer Dotemu announced. It will also be available via Xbox Game Pass for Console and PC.
The company also confirmed that Windjammers 2 will support cross-play between the Xbox One and PC versions of the game, as well as confirmed to Gematsu that the previously reported PlayStation 5 version is not an actual PlayStation 5 version—the PlayStation 4 version is simply playable on PlayStation 5 through backward compatibility.
A new trailer revealing newcomer Sammy Ho and returning contender Jordi Costa was also released. Sammy Ho is a gardener and budding star athlete from China, who specializes in mid-range agility and powerful throws, and whose special move channels a ferocious dragon’s energy.
