Private Division acquires OlliOlli developer Roll7
Several unannounced projects in development.
Private Division has acquired OlliOlli series developer Roll7, the companies announced.
Roll7 is currently developing OlliOlli World to be published by Private Division for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC, which will launch this winter.
Additional unannounced projects are also in development. Private Division will support these endeavors and empower Roll7 to continue its signature “flow state gaming” experiences.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Roll7 to the Private Division family,” said Private Division executive vice president and head Michael Worosz in a press release. “As a team passionate about action sports ourselves, seeing how Roll7 combines the thrill of competition with the zen of achieving flow-state in a videogame is remarkable, and we can’t wait to show the world this phenomenon with our release of OlliOlli World this winter.”
