BlazBlue Alternative: Dark War will end service on January 31, 2022 in Japan, publisher Arc System Works and developer Linked Brain announced.
The “chain combo x novel RPG” first launched for iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play on February 16, meaning it will shutdown after less than a year of service.
According to Arc System Works, the decision to end service was made as it concluded it will be difficult to ensure quality service going forward. It was played by nearly one million users.
In-app item purchases ended today. Users will be able to request refunds for unused “Blue Crystals” between February 1, 2022 and May 2.
