Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space teases Chrono Cross collaboration announcement for December 4
"A memory now nothing but a faded echo."
WFS will announce a crossover with Square Enix for Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space on December 4 at 18:00 JST, the developer teased. You will be able to watch the announcement live stream on YouTube (English, Japanese).
The text on the collaboration teaser website (English, Japanese) is as follows:
The beginning, since lost to oblivion…
A memory now nothing but a faded echo.
Time stopped for me then.
A soul with no place, I became a petal on the wind.
Until suddenly, a clock long since broken carefully and quietly began to move…
And with it, something started anew in you.
Our future, our tomorrow…
Beckoned forth…
By familiar voices from beyond the dark…
Two days ago, a Reddit user posted a topic pointing out that the latest update to Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space included files for a Chrono Cross collaboration.
Chrono Cross is an RPG released for PlayStation in November 1999. It was written and directed by Masato Kato, who is also the writer and director for Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space.
