Bloodborne producer Masaaki Yamagiwa joins Team Ninja

A night out with the boys.

Masaaki Yamagiwa has joined Nioh and Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin studio Team Ninja, the developer announced.

Yamagiwa was a producer on Bloodborne, Deracine, and Tokyo Jungle at Sony Interactive Entertainment JAPAN Studio, which he left in late February.

The news first came via a tweet from Sony Interactive Entertainment indies head Shuhei Yoshida, who had a night out with Team Ninja’s Fumihiko Yasuda (Nioh series director) and Yamagiwa.
