There is no change in the autonomy of the company through the issue of these shares, and management will continue around its existing administration.
Additionally, Grounding has entered into a basic agreement for a business alliance with 2D Fantasista, a company that specializes in casual game development, and ArAtA, a company well-versed in 3D game development.
The reasons for these partnerships are as follows:
