Falcom 40th Anniversary Illustration Contest launched

Falcom has announced the launch of the “Falcom 40th Anniversary Illustration Contest,” the first official Falcom fan art project since “The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II Illustration Contest” in 2014. It will run until June 6.

Artwork can be submitted to three categories: “Illustrations,” “Four-Panel Comics,” and “Creative”—the latter of which covers everything from cosplay to decorated cars, tangerine art, and so on. Falcom president Toshihiro Kondo and staff will select the winning artworks from those submitted, and winners will receive a prize featuring the official 40th anniversary illustration.

The prizes are as follows:

• Grand Prize (one winner per category)
  • 40th Anniversary Original Pillow
  • 40th Anniversary Original Mug
• Category Prize (four winners per category)
  • 40th Anniversary Original Mug

Falcom was established in Tachikawa, Tokyo in March 1981.
