Uncharted Waters IV with Power-Up Kit HD Version will launch for Switch and PC on May 20 in Japan for 3,800 yen, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.

A limited edition will also be available for 12,800 yen.

The high-definition remaster was first announced at Tokyo Game Show 2020 Online in September 2020.
