Rest Mode Power Options
You can control the amount of power consumed and the features PlayStation 5 can use while in rest mode. “Optimized Experience” always applies the latest updates, can turn on PlayStation 5 remotely using PlayStation App or Remote Play, and charges controllers after entering rest mode. “Lower Power Use” consumes less power (under 0.5 watts), but with some features disabled. It does not apply updates or charge controllers. You can also customize Rest Mode entirely by selecting which features to enable.
Game Presets
You can set “Game Presets,” which allow you to start new games with your preferred settings, such as difficulty, control options, performance mode or resolution mode, first-person or third-person view, subtitles and audio, and so on. These presets will be applied to games that support this feature, and applied differently depending on the game.
