Xbox Series S announced, priced at $299 [Update]
"Next-gen performance in the smallest Xbox ever."Microsoft has officially announced Xbox Series S, dubbed “next-gen performance in the smallest Xbox ever.” It will cost $299 / £249.99.
The official announcement comes following leaks by Thurrott of the lower-end next-generation Xbox’s design and price.
While not part of the initial leak, a followup report by Windows Central claimed that both Xbox Series X and Xbox Series X will launch on November 10 for $499 and $299, respectively. Microsoft has yet to officially confirm a release date outside of November, or an Xbox Series X price point.
Microsoft said it will share more information “soon.”
