R-Type Final 2 adds Xbox Series version, live stream set for September 25

Side-scrolling shooter due out in spring 2021.

R-Type Final 2 will launch for Xbox Series platforms in addition its previously announced PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (Steam) versions when it launches in spring 2021, developer Granzella announced.

Granzella will host a “R-Type Final 2 Meeting: September 2020″ live stream as part of Tokyo Game Show 2020 Online on September 25 at 21:00 JST, which will premiere the latest trailer and information, as well as a live Q&A segment with game designer Kazuma Kujo.
