Free-to-play online action RPG Dauntless is now available for Switch via the Nintendo eShop, developer Phoenix Labs announced.
The Switch version features full cross-platform support with the previously released PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions, allowing Switch to play with friends on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, as well as cross-progression support across all devices.
Debuting alongside the Switch version is “Stormchasers,” Dauntless‘ biggest free content update to date, which includes “Escalation,” a new type of sequential hunt that features dual Behemoth encounters in addition to a number roguelike elements, and culminates in a showdown against the shock-infused Behemoth Malkarion. A new Hunt Pass, “Myth & Legend,” is also available.
Today also marks Dauntless‘ debut in Japan across all available platforms, featuring full localization with subtitle and character support.
