The PC version of Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time is available for purchase again via Steam following an unforeseen delisting on October 31.

In an e-mail to Gematsu, a Bandai Namco representative said that the Steam listing required an update, which is why it was temporarily removed. The publisher did not say what specifically needed to be updated.

Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time is available digitally for PlayStation 4 and PC. Here is an overview of the game, via its Steam page:
