Formidable will join the previously announced Taihou as one of five planned downloadable content characters for Azur Lane: Crosswave, Compile Heart announced.
Like Taihou, the Formidable downloadable content will feature a story starring the character. The remaining three characters have yet to be announced.
Azure Lane: Crosswave launched for PlayStation 4 on August 29 in Japan, and is due out for PlayStation 4 and PC in early 2020 in North America and Europe. Pre-orders for the PlayStation 4 physical edition are available now.
