Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix details Arcade Mode, Mix Mode
A new way to play built for Switch.Sega has released new information and screenshots of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix introducing the game’s Arcade Mode and Mix Mode.

■ New Song Introduction
“Dreamin’ Chuchu” by emon (Tes.)
One of the songs released to commemorate the fifth anniversary of Megurine Luka from Vocaloid specialty label Karent. It has over 4.2 million views on video sharing websites, and is a popular song performed at concerts. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix, you can enjoy the rhythm game with an original music video by Mogelatte.
■ Arcade Mode and Mix Mode
In addition to “Arcade Mode,” which plays like Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix includes a new “Mix Mode” built for Switch.
Arcade Mode
Enjoy a rhythm game that plays like Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone. Hit the melody icons that fly in from outside the screen when they overlap the target icon using the face buttons and directional keys. Perform well to build up your Clear Gauge. The song is considered cleared when you finish the song after reaching or surpassing the success rate set for the chosen difficulty.
Melody icons that have lines connected to them must be pressed simultaneously.
The left and right arrow slide icons can be input with the ZL and ZR buttons, respectively. For chain slide icons, hold down the ZL or ZR button.
■ Mix Mode
Mix Mode is a new game mode built for Switch where you play by swinging your wrists to tilt the Joy-Cons. A motion control game mode, you will tilt the Joy-Cons to move the cursor, and press the ZL button when a blue note arrives, and the ZR button when a red note arrives.
When a slide note arrives, hold down either the ZL or ZR button.
By handing off a Joy-Con to a family member of friend, you can attempt to clear more difficult songs through cooperation.
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix is due out for Switch on February 13, 2020 in Japan and in 2020 in the Americas and Europe.
