Taito has opened its Tokyo Game Show 2019 official website and announced its lineup of titles and stage schedule for the event.

September 12

  • 11:00 to 11:45 – Lineup Introduction + Rakugaki Kingdom Side Collaboration (Taito Channel) – An introduction to Taito’s exhibiting lineup. Plus, an introduction to “teddy,” which led to the creation of the Rakugaki series. Also, a new collaboration will be announced. Featuring Tetsu Yamada (Taito president), Takeo Igarashi (The University of Tokyo Gradual School of Information Science and Technology professor), Akihiro Ito (Pixiv VRoid project marketing head), and Youichi Shimosato (Rakugaki Kingdom producer at Taito).
  • 12:30 to 13:15 – Rakugaki Stage Side: “Story” (Rakugaki Kingdom Channel) – An analysis of the story scenario and world of Rakugaki Kingdom with main story writer Takeshi Shimomura as a guest. Featuring Kei Obayashi (scenario writer at Qualia Writers), Takeshi Shimomura (scenario writer), and Youichi Shimosato (Rakugaki Kingdom producer at Taito).
  • 14:00 to 14:30 – Arcade 1UP Stage: Now is the Time for Retro Games (Taito Channel) – A dialogue about the appeal of retro games with Space Invaders creator Tomohiro Nishikado and Arcade 1UP creator Scott Bachrach. Featuring Tetsu Yamada (Taito president), Tomohiro Nishikado (game designer and Taito adviser), and Scott Bachrach (Tastemakers president).
  • 15:30 to 16:15 – Groove Coaster Debut Party!!!! (Taito Channel) – The latest information on Groove Coaster: Wai Wai Party!!!! with Dempagumi.inc’s Mirin Furukawa and various other guests.   • 11:00 to 11:45 – Rakugaki Stage Side: “History of Rakugaki Oukoku” (Rakugaki Kingdom Channel) – A discussion about the history and development stories of the Rakugaki series with guest ZUN, who had a hand in the development of Rakugaki Oukoku and created the Touhou Project series. Featuring ZUN (Team Shanghai Alice founder) and Youichi Shimosato (Rakugaki Kingdom producer at Taito).
  • 12:30 to 13:15 – Darius Cozmic Stage (Taito Channel) – A talk between Taito game director Yuuichi Toyama and M2’s Naoki Horii and Yukiko Karashima, with news on Darius Cozmic Collection. Featuring Naoki Horii (M2 president), Yukiko Karashima (Darius Cozmic Collection director at M2), and Yuuichi Toyama (Taito game director).

  • 11:00 to 11:45 – Rakugaki Stage Side: “Game System” (Rakugaki Kingdom Channel) – Nagi Nanami voice actor Yukiyo Fujii and Mafia Kajita explain the game systems surrounding the world of Rakugaki Kingdom. Featuring Yukiyo Fujii (Nagi Nanami voice actor), Mafia Kajita (game writer), and Youichi Shimosato (Rakugaki Kingdom producer at Taito).

  • 15:30 to 16:00 – Zuntata Concert (Taito Channel) – A talk and concert event from the Taito sound team Zuntata. Featuring Katsuhisa Ishikawa (Zuntata), Masaki (Zuntata), and Kenji Matsumura (guitarist, composer, and arranger).

September 15

  • 11:00 to 11:45 – Groove Coaster DJ Party (Taito Channel) – A discussion about the music featured in Groove Coaster: Wai Wai Party!!!!, followed by a DJ concert by t+pazolite and REDALiCE in the latter half. Featuring t+pazolite (composer), REDALiCE (composer), COSIO (composer), and DJ 87GT (Groove Coaster producer at Taito).
  • 12:30 to 13:15 – Rakugaki Stage Extra (Rakugaki Kingdom Channel) – We have no idea what will happen now! A Rakugaki Kingdom special stage event. Featuring Tomokazu Sugita (voice actor) and Mafia Kajita (game writer).
  • 14:00 to 14:30 – Zuntata Concert (Taito Channel) – A talk and concert event from the Taito sound team Zuntata. Featuring Katsuhisa Ishikawa (Zuntata), Masaki (Zuntata), and Kenji Matsumura (guitarist, composer, and arranger).
  • 15:30 to 16:15 – Rakugaki Stage: RakuKin TV at TGS 2019 (Rakugaki Kingdom Channel) – The official Rakugaki Kingdom web broadcast RakuKin TV live from Tokyo Game Show 2019. Featuring Yukiyo Fujii (voice actor), Naomi Ohzora (voice actor), and Nobunaga Shimazaki (voice actor).
