Special Reserve Games has announced a limited run physical edition of Metal Wolf Chaos XD for PlayStation 4 from publisher Devolver Digital and developer FromSoftware.
A physical edition of the Xbox One version will not be released.
Metal Wolf Chaos XD is due out digitally for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 6. The physical edition will also go on sale in August.

Update 07/11/19 at 2:30 p.m.: Metal Wolf XD will also be sold as a physical edition at GameStop for $29.99. Pre-orders are available now for release on August 20. A Devolver Digital representative told Gematsu that the game content between the GameStop and Special Reserve Games versions is the same, but the Special Reserve Games version will have some to-be-announced bonuses packed inside. It will also be available to ship outside the United States, unlike the GameStop version.
