Free-to-play fantasy RPG Cryptract coming to Switch on July 11 in Japan

Currently available on iOS, Android, PS Vita, and PlayStation 4.

Lionsfilm is bringing free-to-play fantasy RPG Cryptract to Switch via the Nintendo eShop in Japan on July 11, the company announced.

Cryptract first launched for Android in Japan in February 2015, followed by iOS in March 2015, PC browser in August 2015, PS Vita in July 2016, PlayStation 4 in September 2016, and PlayStation 3 in May 2017. The PlayStation 4 version was released in the west in September 2018, and is currently the only available English version of the game.

Cryptract is an easy-to-navigate, fully-fledged online fantasy RPG.

Users take on the role of Lords, ruling over a section of the imperial territory. By subjugating monsters (“Mystical Beasts”) that appear in various places, users can form contracts with them to strengthen their parties, and fight together as allies.
