Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of July 22, 2019 to July 28, 2019.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses for Switch was the highest selling new release last week with 143,130 opening retail sales. It was followed by Bandai Namco‘s fishing arcade game port Tsuri Spirits: Nintendo Switch Version at 47,700 retail sales. Also new, Rune Factory 4 Special for Switch debuted at 37,916 retail sales.
On the hardware side, Switch sold 42,689 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 11,182 units, and the 3DS family sold 2,667 units.
