Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of July 22, 2019 to July 28, 2019.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses for Switch was the highest selling new release last week with 143,130 opening retail sales. It was followed by Bandai Namco’s fishing arcade game port Tsuri Spirits Nintendo Switch Version at 47,700 retail sales. Also new, Rune Factory 4 Special for Switch debuted at 37,916 retail sales.

On the hardware side, Switch sold 42,689 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 11,182 units, and the 3DS family sold 2,667 units.
