Western version still underway.

Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition

The Japanese version of Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition has gone gold, producer Hokuto Okamoto announced. That means development is complete and the game is ready for production.

Development on the western version is still underway, however, so Okamoto’s work will continue for a bit longer.

Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition is due out for Switch worldwide on September 27.

Update 07/26/19 at 10:20 a.m.: The western version has now also gone gold.
