Marvelous president Haruki Nakayama steps down, replaced by Shuichi Motoda
Formal resolution set for 22nd annual meeting of shareholders.
Haruki Nakayama, the current chairman, president, and CEO of Marvelous will step down from his position as president due to poor health in recent years following the company’s 22nd annual meeting of shareholders on June 18, Marvelous announced.
Replacing Nakayama will be Shuichi Motoda, the current vice chairman of Marvelous.
The change of president will be formally voted upon at the 22nd annual meeting of shareholders on June 18, as well as at the board of directors meeting that follows.
