Final Fantasy VII Remake still a multi-part series

The title's long absence has not changed its 2015-announced plans.

Final Fantasy VII Remake

As first announced in December 2015, Final Fantasy VII Remake will still be a multi-part release, Square Enix has confirmed.

In a Japanese blog post, the company said, “For Final Fantasy VII Remake, which will be reborn on PlayStation 4, there is a lot of content to review in doing a full remake, and production is underway as multiple parts.”

Final Fantasy VII Remake is in development for PlayStation 4. If you missed it last night, watch the minute-long State of Play teaser trailer here. More information will be released in June.
