Death Stranding pre-order promo appears on PlayStation Store

A pre-order promo for Death Stranding has appeared on the PlayStation Store.

According to the promo, pre-orders for the Kojima Productions-developed title include a PlayStation 4 dynamic theme, PlayStation Network avatar (Chibi Ludens), and the following in-game items: Gold “Sam” Sunglasses, Gold Armor Plate, Gold Hat, and Gold Speed Skeleton. It is noted that in-game items are unlocked via story progression.

News regarding Death Stranding will be announced later today. Given the appearance of a pre-order promo on the PlayStation Store, it is very likely the news will include a release date.

Death Stranding is in development for PlayStation 4.
